Dear Friends,
The One Minute Motivator is back. The summer has been busy. After a wonderful conference in Australia I returned to Montreal and continued my vacation taking a trip to NYC and then another conference in Toronto. I am now back in the swing of things.
Next week I will be speaking to an organization about team building. Everyone at one time or another is part of a team. Remember that teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision or goal. It is the ability to direct individual accomplishment toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. That's why the word T.E.A.M. really means Together Everyone Achieves More. If you are part of a TEAM in your professional life be a team player. Always remember that your family is also a team. Choose to participate fully. Life always gives you what you put in.
