Sharing Your Love
Valentine's Day - It might be commercialism, yes, and you decide not to participate. See it rather as an opportunity to share and show the people you love that they are important to you. Too often we forget to say thank you,I love you, I care for you, I am grateful to have you in my life. Small words that can make such a wonderful difference in people's lives. Celebrate with that special someone and take the time to acknowledge the many people that are important in your life - your family, your coworkers, staff, children, your child's teacher, instructors or coaches. There is no need to buy cards or gifts if you do not want to. Thank them for their involvement in your life, for their special contributions, and tell them that they are appreciated. That may be the nicest gift that they receive this year. If you are unaccustomed to showing gratitude on a regular basis, use Valentine's day/week to start showing your gratitude. The world is certain to give you more reasons to be grateful.
Thank you to all of you who choose to receive and read The One Minute Motivator. I am eternally grateful to have the opportunity to share my thoughts and touch your life in my small way.
Happy Valentine's!
