Affirmations:

Affirmations are the words you say to yourself or others say to you, that you act upon and that ultimately act upon you. Create an affirmation about the life of your dreams that you can read daily.

Write this affirmation in the present tense as if you were already achieving, and see it as already happening. Say to yourself "If it is to be, it is up to me". In writing an affirmation here is an example of how it good be best done. Instead of writing "I wish I could loose 20 pounds so I can be healthier and happier" write down " I am healthy, happy, fit and energetic weighing 175 pounds."
