The Tiberius Formula for Success
  1. Affirmations: Affirm what you desire with emotion, reading your written affirmation out loud on a regular basis, preferably three times per day.

  2. The 31 Day Charge: listen to inspirational and motivational messages daily for the next 31 days.

  3. Again and again, read two books every month, the same two books for the next 12 months. The two books suggested are How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie, and Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill.

  4. Exercise: Make a commitment to exercise 20 to 30 minutes every single day for the rest of your life.

  5. The Fortune Fund: Commit to invest 10 percent of your earnings in a savings account on a weekly or monthly basis.

  6. Action: Every day take action on your most important goals even if it is only a small action on your most important goals even if it is only a small action. In time these action steps become part of your daily routine. Follow this formula not because you have to, but because you can.
